need to be converted, by Tokke tool it worked as below:
Models:
to apply conversion from FIFA 22 (Switch) to FIFA 14
Textures:
face texture is convertable, but you can just use the original file
hair texture keep in original format, do not convert that one, otherwise texture distortion will happen.
eyes you can apply manually based on original eyes textures i saved in post above

Has anyone already tried to convert faces for fifa 16? Everything is converted well through the Tokke tool, only there is a problem with the hair file they get green squares.

i tried, i dont have any problem with hair. maybe you converted the hair_textures? not needed...
but i have a problem with the neck
you need to check it in game while moving
is like a hump at the back of the neck

I converted like this, it looks like I have no problems with the neck
at first I also thought it was hair_texture, but it is the hair file that has a problem with the texture and shows squares. Could you share your converted hair files?

as you can see i dont have any problem with hair, the problem is with neck, i used same settings like you
only converted hair,hairlod and head models. and face_texture

I haven't noticed the neck yet, I still need to test it in the game
