The fifa default database structure is as follows

the "reform" of the database concerns only the part of the clubs. The part of the national teams remains unchanged. I did tests to incorporate it in the various "seasons" but I didn't like it. I think there are screens and more in-depth explanations about it made in May ... Now I don't remember well.

Which database did you use?
You can perhaps Test DB plus no formation table
I used an old database "dlc - (1950-1995) European Cup" because i wanted to have all teams in one version.
I made some changes with formation table ... Maybe that's the problem, i will test it
