Nike makes very nice kits. Of course, for those "bigger" national teams. Adidas mostly uses the catalog version. I wouldn't expect anything spectacular. Tomorrow I will make you sets for Peru from Adidas. You will see that I hit 100%.

All these players are present in the latest squads for WC2022 mode
Can you upload the squad file?
I am unable to find a way to download the squad file but I created a tournament and found all these players in RDBM. Attaching the tournament file which you can open in RDBM.
It's possible to open the file but you have to rename it to Tournament to replace Woc at the start.
All the previously missing players are there.
So I just updated all the UEFA DNQ 2022 kits for those teams which aren't in FIFA23. I tried to get started on the DNQ UEFA team kits which are in FIFA23, but this will have to wait until tomorrow.
The good news is that we now have all the national team players for every one of the 32 finalists' rosters. I will make an attempt to start on the squads tomorrow, updating kits for those teams as I go.
I haven't decided yet if I will go by confederation first (so UEFA & CONMEBOL for which I already have the large majority of players for from the 2021 tournaments' patch) or by group (starting with the hosts Qatar).

Puma DNQ FIFA23 teams now with 2022 kits: Austria, Czechia, Iceland & Italy.
Updated the 2022 kits for Norway & Republic of Ireland as well today. Then I started on the soundtrack. I'm about halfway done (there will be 40 songs!) & I will probably finish it tomorrow, then get started on the squads.
