How to activate ucl and uel conference league in ip 14 v5 beta patch, I say tournament manager is active, but it does not appear in the game

I'm having a glitch in career mode 4th season where south American players are not returning from international break, and since you can't select them for matches they get really demoralized.

After installing tournament mode.
I tried playing FIFA World cup but it crashed and destroy my personal settings.
