in usual I deal with parts with high meshes is to divide it into many smaller parts, although it is complex to the model, but it will not reduce the quality of the model. reduce mesh count will reduce the quality of the modelQAT - Al Thumama Stadium
Here it goes guys, Al Thumama Stadium from Olafmatush. At end I'm not totally satisfied with it, the roof was very high detailed, but I couldn't make it work, so I had to reduce the number of faces and the quality felt. But I hope you still enjoy it. All credits to Olaf who is been doing an awesome work.

One more stadium from the 2022 World Cup, this time is a mix of two stadiums. The inside part is from World Stadiums PES6 and our friend @dandro. Brilhant work, very accurate and very detailed, but also easier to convert compared to the PES21 ones.
But PES6 doesnt use external views and parts, so I got that ones from Olafmatush version and mixed.
Two stadium makers legends, WSPES6 guys and Olafmatush. I'm really happy with this one, for me is just one step behind EAs Stadiums. I hope you guys enjoy also.

Having been to this stadium just yesterday, this catches the feel really well.
The only thing you may want to do is color match the stadiums' unique dressing and add the stencil stadium icons to corner sector banners.
One really cool thing about Al Bayt irl is the bedouin tent texture on the inside of the roof and the reddish lighting
