no i set everything on max.
if you watch in full screen HD. You'll see that as he run toward the ball the grasses behind him looks different than those in front of the goal.
i'll try to capture this glitch once again when it happen.

Try start the game in Fullscreen mode then Alt+enter to switch it to Window mode... this will eliminate the stuttering effect but after a while you might have to do it again (because sometime it seems like my PC choke ..and it will cause more stuttering in window mode) hit Aty+enter back and...

In game setting: Fullscreen = stutter ---> Alt+Enter = window mode and no stutter
In game setting: Window mode = stutter ----> Alt+Enter ----> Full screen mode stutter ----> Alt+Enter = window mode again and no stutter

Fraps shows constant 60fps all the time except when CPU scores right before they celebrate framerate suddenly drop to 54. However during cinematic like substitution, entering the stadium, walking to changing room are stutters real bad.
It's really annoying...
