    I think it should really be possible this way: You should use bodytype models/ faces models from fifa 16, fifa 17 etc from ps3/xbox360 editions. Get the female bodys models, get the women specific faces and generic faces (with hair files) from ps 3/xbox 360 files, replace some men body models...
