My New Keeper

This is my new keeper. I spotted him on the list and put a bid on, without realising that the deadline was just 2 mins away, and no-one outbid me

I know Only problem is he's Swedish and I'm not a big fan of them.

because they are the best and all that. I'd rather build up a great team and have no Swedish players in, but they are the cheapest. I'll get rid of my Swedish defender soon so I've got room for another foreigner if I need it.

I needed a new keeper because my other one was stuck on 7 balls... he'll still be a great reserve keeper though

Damn, I play you on Monday (I think) in a FL as well! I'm second but I'll probably lose to you, Swish and Egg Chasers to lose my place in second position behind QPR FC... oh well.

My keeper has 7 and still improving, my reserve has 6 and also improving. But he's only 20 and my regular is 23, hopefully he'll get 7 or 8 soon and I can sell of my older keeper for a lot of money.

Anyway, he does look good. Nice play intell. and ball control, he might not be able to train up anymore but even so, train him in those two areas and he'll be a very good keeper anyway.

Who knows Chris. I seem to remember that last time we played (in Mitch's cup) you beat me, and I'm not playing very well at the moment.

Yeh I don't think he'll improve any more in keeping or he wouldn't have been sold (unless the team is going bankrupt). But even if he's stuck on 8 he's still better than my other keeper

Yeah, I lost in the final, the other guy had fairly decent tactics that were difficult to counteract, and I just went with my usual tactics, as there was no reason to change a winning formula... (:/)

And he's still better than mine, I just hope mine doesn't stop improving too... it happened to one of my strikers as well. (:/)

My strikers are all still improving but none of them are anything spectacular... in fact none of my players are anything spectatcular really.

You can see my players from the site in my signature. I never bothered updating the rest of the site as I don't have the time, but I kept the players up to date, except for the form as it keeps changing. My striker has 8 on shooting (and currently 8 on form) so he's not that bad, I guess.

one of my strikers has 6 and the other works as an attacking mid , my best player Gene with 7 for shooting and all round good player ... apart from ball control and heading ... 1 , lol

Chris after looking at your players I've worked out why you beat me. They are brilliant. I think if you were in the PL you'd manage very well.

Lucas joined the club after the 2-2 draw away to FC Mount. He made his debut against the Premiership leaders in the home leg, in which he put in a solid performance, helping us to a 2-1 victory. Hopefully we will see many more good displays from him in seasons to come.

hey do players stop improving in a specific area or stop improving all together?

just in specific areas. If they are not listed as improving on the training report then they've reached the limit in the skill they are training in.
