Then how can they make it on GameCube

They made another deal that allowed them to release on gamecube only in japan.

I know GTA came out on PC, my point is it came out on PC a year after it came out on the PS2

it also takes time to port the game.. and they have to get sony's permission to release it... but the deal almost expired I believe so we may see GTA coming to xbox as well... but it wont be the new one.. it will probably GTA III

it doesn't take a year to port a game , Sony just leached all the profits they could from it before letting anyone else have it

yea i think there should b graphic changes.. althoguht theyre so impressive already

the headers should have greater force...stuff like that..

But mostly, dont u think ronaldo should b on brazil, and kahn should b on germany , why arent they for FIFA 2003

yeah Id like to be able to make headers whenever, not just when someone else is challenging for the ball.
Id like the dutch team to make an appearance as stats wise they and France are the best international teams in the world.
oh yeah, and the ability to totally edit players, from faces to headbands, boots to kicking style, it should all be at the gamers fingertips

In FIFA 2004 I'd like to see creation centre with ilimited creating players, teams and tournaments.Also I'd like creating tournaments and in the middle of that tournament have another,example:Manchester Utd. plays the FA Premier league, FA Premier Cup and champions league.I'd like to put argentinean league and more south american leagues and in the middle of their leagues they play Copa Libertadores or Copa Sudamericana.That's all.And also a good gamepplay and all that...Thank you and please!!!put all that

I believe it's been said before but with this much stuff the game will be just too big. We can't really afford to have leagues like the American and South American ones because lets face it, a minority are going to want to play these leagues and they will take up valuable space that could be used more productively elsewhere in the game. I agree with the having a 'master 'eague' style competition where you make your own team or pick one and then compete in all competitions but we can't allow ourselves to get greedy with what goes into this game. Remember that Fifa 2003 took 450mb out of your hardrive. With all this new stuff Fifa 2004 looks to do an Unreal Tournament 2003 and take up almost 2 gigs if not more. Sorry to be a damper on things but this is the truth and we really have to accept it
