The Better the Coach the better the Training?????

i dont have a coach yet and not planning to get one.... i was wondering if you have a coach or a good coach.... would it be easier for the players to improve skills???

because i dont have a coach now and my players aint improving after i sacked the coach!! but they are playing much better then before though! does it also have an affect on the players when they play a game???

I was in the same situation...
The day after I had my team we lost, I sacked the coach and after that I didn't lose anymore...
But I believe it's better to have one...
It will improve your players which obviously comes in handy...
I now have two and things are getting better by the day...!:D

I have 2 trainers and I don't see a lot of improvements, I'm now approaching my 3th and 4th. Hopefully my team get better when they are training.

Yes coaches do speed up improvements. The better they are the bigger affect they have. BUT they have to be better than the players in the skill they are training them at to have any affect.

i'm pretty sure the swedes proved a coach with less balls then the player still has a minimal effect on training. he helps more than w/o a coach

so how do i get another coach??

i sacked my coach and i cant find anymore coaches...... can you also get trainers too?

sorry to say so much because i just recently joined managerzone and i am pretty poor!

If you goto Club House>coaches>search for new coach

then select your class that you would like and they will start offering after a few days

I've got 3, one of them is very poor but I can't sack him yet so once he has been at my club for 5 weeks I'll sack him but my other two coaches are great
