PES 3 on the PC!

I wanted to post a reply on the first thread but as you all saw some assholes just ****ed it up :-puke:

Anyway lately I've been thinking about giving up PC gaming (except CM4)... I just don't have the time I had when I was in school... so I thought about getting a GBA (to play those SNES / Genesis classics) and investing a little bit more on my XBOX.

I know it's a bit soon but has there been any rumor of an XBOX port following the PC announcement? It would make sense since MGS 2 and Sillent Hill 2 made it to the XBOX.

If PES3 doesn't come out on the XBOX I think I won't sell my Radeon 9500 anymore

the most important things:
-it should already come out on november
-the early version they've tested had a high resolution(not like iss3)
-player models are completely redesigned,but animations are "just" like the ps2 ones
-the sound- and stadium features aren't still complete,so they can't say much about presentation
-multiplayer:8 players can play against each other,but it seems that there won't be an online mode(for the first time)

so i hope you can understand my english,and i think it won't be such a crap like iss3

when they were already able to test the pc-version,it really might be possible that it comes out on november i think

I guess I'll hold off my Radeon until theres is some kind of XBOX announcement... if there is maybe just next year or NEVER if Sony has the console exclusivity.

Anyone know if Sony has any kind of deal about console releases?

some good news for PC gamers I found this on PESINSIGHT,


I'm from Germany and was at the Games Convention today. I played the game and I can tell you that it looks awesome. The graphics are - of course - way better than on the PS2. Gameplaywise there was no difference to the PS2.
The guys there said the game will be released in Germany by the end of October on both platforms.
And to let you down I think that the game will be exactly the same on PC as on PS2. The menus and options were exactly the same, only that you could use the mouse on the PC version. So I think there won't be any more features like various editors or even more leagues added.
However there was some sign above the PCs with the PES3 logo and release date on it that said that this version was not the final one and it was still in development.

What about something u could play with only 1 player?? This will be great on consoles with multi tap or on pc online , if they ever make an online gaming system.

Visuals were never a priority when playing PES... I play the PSX version and it rulez!!!

He's quoting someone from another forum so its not the most reliable source, even PES insights main page states that the announcement of PES3 for PC was a "mistake"...

ECTS games show from London is in a few days and if there's going to be any news/announcements from Konami the UK sites will have them covered.
