Can´t Install EA Sports Online

i can't either when it takes me to the website where i choose europe or north america then sometimes it says error encountered and other times it says patch available click to download so i click it says patch successfully installed but in the game nothing changed i even let this page open for 5 mins like they said and again nothing help please
