need help with assigning faces

hey guys i need some help.......I have a face for legrottaglie, but since he doesn't have a custom face I replaced his face with some other player's in the game.....the only problem is that the face was a bitmap that I converted to a .fsh after using EA graph....is there something I have to do when saving the .fsh becuz I installed it using Biggui, compressed it, but it's still red and green in the game...can some1 tell me what's wrong...

well i kinda figured that, but the least some1 coulda done was tell me they didn't know..thanks anyways
