I dont think McLaren paid $10million to Sauber and then let him move to their biggest rivals...

Altho it was somewhat unusual that McLaren got him back then instead of Sauber "owners", Ferrari...

thats because Ferrari weren't looking for any replacements back then; Now they are.

I don't think McLaren will let Raikkonen go, for me, he's McLaren's next Senna, and I doubt they'll let him; go ESPECIALLY to Ferrari.

If Ferrari are going to get a replacement, I could see it being Fernando Alonso, depending on Alonso's contract.

Also, how soon will it be before Jaguar pulls out of F1 completely?

Yeah, but you forget, Ferrari would have no problems getting one of Sauber's drivers.

I'm more keen though, to see what's going to happen at McLaren in 2005. Ron Dennis, a tight-ass who doesn't want his cars being crashed every other race, and JPM, a moron who crashes every other race.

For me, I think JPM will never be a champion, he'll be one of those guys who is so good, but never amounts to the championship, kinda like DC without the square-head.

A Raikonnen - Alonso partnership at Ferrari would be Perfect !
Kimi moving to Ferrari would be like when Figo left Barcelona for Madrid.

But anyway, keep on dreaming. McLaren wouldn't let David go next year, and let Kimi go the following year. We're not a team of risks and never have and that's why we've never taken really big falls, but rather remain consistent over decades.

And on the Alonso thought, I also think Renault will ultimately take Williams' place in the top 3 soon, so I'm sure Alonso will stay.

Maybe you could take Wurz or DL Rosa off our hands. :crazyboy:

One real possibility I see, would be Fisichella, an Italian driver for an Italian team, and It's been a damn long time since Ferrari were driven by an Italian, so I think that'd help out Fishcella right off the batt. Plus, the fact that Sauber get their engines from Ferrari would probably help matters during the process of the deal.

Starting XI
First race of the season is always hard to predict because we don't know how much a car has developed since the break. Ill make my prediction nearer the race :p

Why dont FW juz promote Marc Gene to JPM's seat?...He has really been superb for Williams in testing and showed he can do a good job @ Monza last season...

Its not like JPM is on big money anyway...
