Replay Button Dissapeared

When playing game i have this problem where my Save replay button has dissapeared when i enter the Instant Replay option. I havent got a clue why this is at all.. Previously i have been able to save replays and now i have no chance....

I saw my post slipping towards page 2 of the forum threads which then basically means i wudnt get a reply.....
