Most likely Okan and Emre always are in the first 11 for Turkey unless if they are not in good form or the couch might be trying other players and tactics.

Alex de Souza signed for Fenerbahce!!!

Alex deal concluded
03.06.2004

The long awaited Alex da Silva transfer has gone through as the Brazilian star has signed a three-year deal with Fenerbahçe in Brazil today.

Vice-president Hakan Bilal Kutlualp concluded the deal with the midfielder in Brazil, a day after he featured in Brazil`s 3-1 win over Argentina.

Alex`s arrival date in Istanbul will be decided next week.

I think Fenerbahce officialy now has the best attacking force in the TSL (Tuncay, van Hooijdonk, Nobre, Serhat, and now Alex.)

3 year 7.5 million euros.

Now if they exclude a team like this from fifa 2005 then i'm never buying that game again, and if i do, i'll download it illegally.

Forget FIFA, buy PES or Winning Eleven. They have Fenerbahce in it.

Del Bosque is going to work wonders for Besiktas.

I think this is going to be a great year in the TSL.

A lot of people don't take the Turkish League seriously in these forums, a lot of you put down our league, but when managers like Del Bosque say we have better training facilities than Real Madrid that should say something.

." Vicente del Bosque examined the Umraniye camp of the Eagles and noted that there were some "perfecto" words. As for the camping area of Besiktas, Del Bosque said: "Real Madrid has the best camp in Spain. But Besiktas' one is better."

Yeah, that property isn't even owned by Real Madrid.

Koller's agent denies rumours
Friday, 11 June 2004

by Thomas Zeh

Jan Koller's agent has angrily denied speculation that Turkish giants Besiktas are closing in on his client.

Reports emanating from Germany suggest that new Besiktas coach Vicente Del Bosque has launched a €4 million bid in order to bring Koller to Istanbul from Borussia Dortmund.

Dortmund face a fight to hold on to their top stars following their failure to qualify for the Champions League next season, but Koller's representative Pavel Paska has rubbished the rumours of interest from Besiktas.

"I don't know anything about that. That's complete nonsense," fumed Paska.

Koller is currently preparing himself with Karel Bruckner's team for Euro 2004 in Portugal, where the Czech Republic will face competition from Group D outsiders Latvia in their first game on Monday, before they take on the Netherlands and Germany in what appears to be one of the tightest groups in the competition.

Koller would score a slew of goals for Besiktas if here were on his way to Turkey. I'm glad the rumors are false, though.

For the sake of BVB. ;)

the field that they're training is the field of the town council ;)

Are you joking or is it really true? No training field for the world's most strogest club, very interesting.

Real Madrid sold their training ground/facility to the city council of Spain to clear up their debts.

They're currently using the Spanish national team's training ground/facility.
