What's going on with the off-the-ball thing?

I start FIFA. I play my first game and everything is normal.
The first game ends.

I start my second game and... cameras don't move when I press the off-the-ball button. I can see the numbers of the off-the-ball players (1, 2 and 3) but the camera keeps focusing the player with the ball.

Has anyone else experienced this?

What camera angle are u playin with?

I try to play with the camera that shows me most of the field.

I really don't use OTB, its a pain to use. I only sometimes use it to dislodge my strikers from defenders, moving them back or to the sides.

OTB was the most overrated addition to FIFA in years.

Watch them take away the First Touch in 2006....:kader:

OTB Selection?

Does anyone know how it chooses the 3 players?

Is there a file I can alter so that when a certain position has the ball...the 3 options will be....A, B, C

Sometimes when I use it...the 3rd choice doesn't make sense.

The first 2 are always the 2 strikers but the 3rd choice which is a midfielder half the time, is not the midfielder I want (I want the closest mid, not the one on the other side of the park)

Its hard to use, but I've done it before in 2004, usually when my midfielder is free and I'm not worred about getting ninja-tackled, I hit OTB and make my striker move forward and away from his marker, then hit the long ball. But usually the Player Run is enough. Oh and another use for OTB is making pinpoint accurate long balls, I think they're guided if you use OTB and select which player to pass to.

Yes, the CPU seems to use it on every second attack.
