FM2005; Return of the shooting bug?

thats normal mate. i put nistelrooy + saha up front. whole match have 30 shots but only have 6 on target.

another thing really annoying me. my winger (giggs and ronaldo or others) they like to shot at impossible angle. cut it inside penalty box, they rather on side net or keeper save than pass to center for other players tab it. thats ridiculous

if this is happening then send SI a pkm of the match and they will look at it now.... too late for my saved games as i have uninstalled, but look on the SI site for info on how to, save a pkm and then email it to them explaining what they are looking at... the more of these we can get sent across, the better, because they can then address the issue.... hopefully...

I've started to play the beta demo, as i uninstalled CM03/04. I've noticed that the GK doesnt follow your instructions (you tell him to pass the ball to the defenders instead of kicking it, but he does the contrary). Also, my strikers cant hit a barn door (maybe it's the training schedule, dunno), and their strikers hit the target pretty often.

Plus on long shots, my GK, Kirkland in the case, doesnt move a finger to save the ball. Usually, if it hits the target it's in, as Kirko simply doesnt move. Also, Liverpool looks pretty underrated.

I mean, Cisse is ****e, Baros is average at best, neither Josemi or Finnan perform well for me, and anyone with a decent amount of pace makes a fool out of Hyypia. Not to mention Luis Garcia cant play a 7 for his life.

Jesus Christ. I guess they solved some of the Match Engine problems in the Gold demo, so i'm keen to play the full game. I had some troubles with the CM03/04 demo aswell, so...

My last match with Pool was a 1-1 draw with Fulham, i had 20+ shots and they had 7 or so (2 on target). I'm doing so ****e, 2 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses.

The Beta demo is full of crap. Try the gold demo.

Less than a week for the full game release. I'm not even going to bother downloading it i guess. Until the release, i guess i'll keep playing PES3 (god damnit, why dont ******* Konami release the PC version already?!).

anyone else finding that a lot of shots are being deflected/blocked?

yes, isn't it happen in real life as well?

surely not as much as in FM.......... im having all these teams with 9 men in the box and i cant get a shot on goal

i realize while CPU is defending. they draw back every single players into the penalty box which made it so crowded

another example. Alright we won but with 30 shots on goal and 1 goal in the last minute makes me piss off.

I'm Man Utd. And even with the likes of RVN, Rooney, Saha and Smith, 75% of my shots still seem to go wide (:/)

you're not alone probably total shot per game for me is around 25-30. probably 4-6 on target

rvn doesnt take shots anyway, he just sits in the box waiting for the ball to hit his head or foot. so 75% missed is reasonable
