NFSU:2 Thread

there seems to be some problems with the graphics of the full version of the game i updated my drivers and everything but even on full detail the graphics suck.

getting it on friday.... can't wait

oh ****. i traded my modded 240SX for a STOCK tiburon. now all my parts are gone.. back to square 1.. and i can't get back my unique hood.. this is gay.. or maybe i am.. didn't know when u trade cars the parts will be gone too.. (:/) oh i think the SUVs shld be good for street X.. haven't tried out yet.. and when u use SUVs, the CPU will also use the SUVs.. so there won't be any unfair advantage of some sort..

I got the game, cant comment on the graphics as i got crap gfx card...

need help:
how do i backup the save game? i plan to format my PC soon

If you're using XP, you need to backup the folders and files in "CDocuments and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Application Data\NFS Underground 2\".

If you aren't, I can't help.

Anyone got the game?

Got it today and i am impressed so far but anyone know how you get to the green circled race on the fifth race as i can`t see how you get to that?

anyone knows how to change ur car without having to rebuy all the upgrades?

@Rangers#50#: In the world map you can click on the circle, and it will ask if it should activate GPS. Do that, and a big blue arrow will appear in screen, showing you exactly where to go. Until the last few yards.


@yim87: Upgrades in NFSU2 are car specific, so you can't.

Any indication of when new cars become available for you to buy?

Just win a few events, and they'll start coming in quickly.
