Basically if anyone wants to contradict the bible, Ricky Gervais did it perfect on his stand up DVD "Animals". First of all he created heaven and earth....then created light, meaning he did all that in the dark  And how did he know wat light was if he never saw it before? how can you create something that youve never seen or existed, it does contradict itself. And he said the snake would have to forever have to walk on its belly, which it already did

Wow what an interesting conundrum. How can someone create something they never saw before? How about we ask any inventor who ever lived?

No it's not the same name, but it's the same person. I don't know how Christians talk about him, beside what you wrote
, so I can't really compare.

I'm pretty sure it's the same though.

"He will outlaw all religions and force everyone to worship him and him alone"

That's exactly what we have. He will say that he's God and you must follow him. Some will, others won't.
There will be 2 prophets during this time. One of the two will be Jesus. He's the only prophet who didn't die, and he'll be the one returning. I'm not sure if they are the one who will defeat him.. I don't know much about this.
Basically that's what's written in a hadith.

sorry if the question is stupid but I don't know much about religion.
to tell the truth not even of my own religion.

so you religion (Islam?) do belive in Jesus? and if both religion wich are very diferent have the same thing about an Antichrist than it must be true.

man scary **** :(

Im with Virgo on this one **** God and all that bull****, the world will end when the Suns explods in 5 billion years, which is proven that it will happen.

To say the two religions are very different is not entirely accurate. Judaism, Christianity and Islam all originated in the Middle East and share a number of similarities. I think the perceived gap between Islam and Christianity has been exaggerated due of the lack of knowledge and understanding of Islam in the Christian world and a lack of knowledge and understanding about Christianity in the Muslim world.

But just because two or three different religions agree on something, it doesn't make it true.

You really shouldnt make assumptions like that about religion. I hate the way some people think that just because no-one has proved God's existence to them, he somehow can't exist. 50 years ago there was no proof for the big bang theory, for example, but it existed. If the best answer Science can give us for Radioactive-decay is that 'it's totally spontaneous', they have no proof for how electro-magnetic induction works, they explain quantum-mechanics in terms of probabilties, I hardly trust them in saying God can't exist because they can't prove it

It was proven that the sun will 'explod' in 5 billion years? How exactly was it proven and who proved it? I'd really like to know.

Proven like it's proven that it's going to rain tomorrow because the weather guy on Channel 6 said so?

In fairness to him, as the sun is a star it would be pretty damn freaky if it didnt explode in 5 billion years.

EDIT: Of-course, explode is the wrong word as when a star dies it does not explode for along time.

I'm not saying it won't happen, I'm just saying prove is the wrong word there.

Fair enough, we'll simply put it down as another descrepancy from the 'all-knowing' scientists.

you know that there are these things called telescopes that people (who use their intelligence for something more useful than trying to decode a book) use... and they have observed stars in their stage of formation and stars in their stage of death.

I have no more reason to believe in the existence of a god or any type of intelligent being, than in the existence of three legged monkeys from Mars.

You're missing my point. You can't prove something is going to happen in the future; the future is always uncertain. You can predict it will happen based on scientific evidence.

I don't think you need to predict the death of a living being for instance, you know it's going to happen. The same thing applies in this case to a star.
