Liverpool's forwards. Should I have them shot?

Is it just me or do Baros and Cisse miss A LOT of chances. I haven't been playing the game long, so I'm not sure if it's my tactic or if they just suck ass.

Both do score a reasonable amount of goals, but the amount of easy chances that they squander is giving me headaches and I want to know if It's the players or a tactical issue. If tactical, any remedy to help shot accuracy would be appreciated. I don't think it's the training as I have good schedules.

BTW, is there an equivalent of 01/02's Maxim Tsigalko on this game? A goal machine?

Players generally misses a lot of easy chances.

No someone like Maxim hasn't been found. Doubt if someone like him will ever be found, although Mokoena IMO comes the closest to him.

I find myself ripping my hair out a lot when my players miss the easiest of chances.. to see my players not put the ball into the net from a quality pass, and with the goalie waaaay off his line, just gets me rather annoyed.. its the way it is..

before i started my new game i assigned morientes to the team , he is a god, 13 in 13 games.

However, Baros has scored only 3 in 13, and 2 of those were pens

Pongolle has scored 4 for me in just a few starts/subs

Yeah, truth to be told, Pongolle is probably one of the better strikers at Liverpool.

Cisse started out as a goal machine but then he got injured for a few months and since then he misses a lot of chances... Baros started slow but from the second season on he's been great.. maybe it's his partnership with Shearer...

well i put cisse out all season with a broken leg, and his otb has gone down to 2

Le Tallec aint bad upfront either

i spent enough money on him when i played with chelsea, he didn't exactly set the premiership alight

He seems a little slow for my tactic (single striker) .

Don't missunderstand me, Cisse and Baros are both scoring, i just feel that with a better shots/ Shots on target ratio I could be wiping the floor with just about everyone.

I've also just bought some young lad from Norway. Scored on his debut against Arsenal. Don't recall his name off hand though.

Daniel Fredheim Holm. He can be the next Tsigalko.

And you should sign Christoffer Andersson from Lillestrom. He can practically play anywhere and has amazing stats. Like 17 for dribbling, finishing, crossing and tackling.

Did you play him as a lone striker up front? If you didnt, try that.

Nemeth does the job for me. (Rob can comfirm this, as he does the same for him)

I signed Crouch for a change of pace, he does well also.

I play a lone striker, with 2 attacking mids on the wings

I signed robinho and cavenaghi for Newcastle and they scored plenty of gaols between them.

Nemeth was **** for me Hasselbaink was great though
