go to the player search and filter players with a 15 or more in composure and penalty ratings. that should get you someone with good chance of scoring pk's
for the player attendances, it really just matters the team you play and the competition, i.e., the bigger the better. your playing with Ajax, right? it shouldnt be hard to fill the arena

Besides good penalty taking he needs to have good composure IMO, and if he plays well in the match he will take the penalty better. For me Mpenza was good at penalties, but he wasnt good at anything else
