Well, if we hadn't lost those 5 points we wouldn't even be worrying about Sporting's games... We just need to do our job: win our games! If we do that, we'll be champions, if we don't, we won't. It seems dumb to say this because it's obvious, but that's the truth and what our team should have in mind.

I'm probably going to see Estrela vs Benfica on Wednesday at Reboleira. I hope we can win, that could be an important morale boost. But, to be honest, given that it's Estrela that we're facing, the club from where I live and that I always supported next to Benfica since a child, I really don't mind if we lose. But I do fear that if we lose our team will be very down psychologically and that may be fatal for our championship aspirations...

We HAVE to win against Estoril this sunday too. If we don't, I'm sure it will mean "bye bye championship"... We can't fail again! Every game is decisive now! Right now, I just can't feel confident, but that doesn't matter, what matters is that in the end we can celebrate being champions.

It has all been arranged, don't worry, you will win against Estoril.

LOL "Deixa-me rir", como diz o Jorge Palma...

Yeah, like you arranged your game against Pampilhosa, where you had two benfits: winning the game and making Liedson available for the game against us, in which, incidentally, he scored the 2 goals of your team against us... You must be well informed on these kind of things, guess we have to learn from you.

Only a lunatic can say that Estoril will play to lose against us... Everybody that saw the game in the 1st round know this isn't what happened and it surely won't happen this time too. On the other hand, I could say that I'm sure that Estoril will play like it was the game of their lifes, because their coaches, Litos and Carlos Xavier are notorious Sportinguistas... A few years ago, people also said that Alverca was going to lose all of their games against Benfica and in fact they won their 1st ever with us and many others after that too. It's just plain ridiculous... I know the scheme and the way of thinking of these fanaticals: if we win, it was all set up and we are being carried by everyone, it's the "sistema", but when, not few times, they are benefited, they have their mouths shut.

Oh, well, they simply can't be taken seriously... Fanatism is a sad thing.

Nakamura, I'm not talking about the coaches, nor the players, I'm talking about the directors that changed the game to Algarve. What kind of sporting and finantial management is that? Win money with ticket sales and loose the game, go to second league and loose money?

And because they decide that you assume that they want to lose against us? And even if they do, in case you don't know, it's the players that are on the field, not them...

This situation is very simple to me: Estoril is in a very difficult financial situation, so they wanted to have a bigger revenue from this game, so they abdicated from their theorical home advantage (it's theorical, because Benfica would have more supporters there anyway) for this, to play in a neutral stadium. It is debatable, but it is a perfectly legitim decison! It's not because of the game with Benfica that they will go to the Second league, if they go... I think they only did a bad move in choosing Algarve, because it is very far, it would be better Estádio Nacional or Restelo... But, in this aspect, we are as prejudiced as them, because we also need to make this long trip and it would be much better to play in Lisbon.

This isn't the first time you deliver unconstructive remarks like that, that trouble the atmosphere and discussions, victimizing your team and aiming your adversaries with conspiracy theories and fanatical rethoric... This is extremely sad to me, as I don't think this is the way people should be in football and in life, but you know what you do.

To Benfica supporters: Inter is rumoured to be interested in signing Luisao during the summer. What are your thoughts on this player?

a great, young brazil national team regular central defender, really tall and secure, although sometimes can mess a match. Scores some goals on corners and headers.

just because the game is in Algarve is already decided? yeah i would like that it would be true but it isn't. and it will be a very tough game like in the first round at Luz... the algarve stadium pitch is grass and has two "balizas"...
