Thanks.

I came in wit the score 3-1. From then on England were practically unable to string 3 passes together, cross the midline, let alone create a chance. It's a fact that England is massively overrated, ask anyone from the continent.

mate that was the England Mickey Mouse Sqaud, we didn't have Gerrard, Lampard, Rooney, Robinson, Ferdinand, G.Neville, John Terry, you really think our first choice midfield is Michael Carrick?

Michael Carrick has been absolutely fantastic in the last 2 games.

he's definately the holding midfield player that England need to support Lampard and Gerrard.

great result although we never played as good as colombia

and i wanna know, how did richardson play in his 17 minutes appearence?
what about crouch and smith?

Richardson was extremely lively as usual, created a couple of chances. Didn't stop running either.

Played well in my opinion although it's obvious he still needs to learn how to keep hold of the ball and to control his runs a little more.

Crouch played well aswell but gave the ball away alot and was also not getting the balls he wanted (that f'ucktard beckham was playing them all low and hard whereas Crouch wants high floating balls.)

Smith did ok, was quite quiet but as determined and aggressive in his tackles as usual.

I hope you didn't miss the invasion part from a Colombian fan. There the cops reacted pretty quick. This kid was in ectasy when he was being escorted out, i guess he has never been arrested before. :D

Now im watching Metrostars - Fire on FOx Soccer channel and it is the first time i see so many fans for them. Personally i left before it even started, after watching Beckham and Co i really was not in the mood to watch Guevara, Djorkaef and the others. lol

Colombian girls > British girls....even though there were some brit blondes in there... arghhh lol

Damn giants stadium though after 5 beers i needed to piss and i couldnt... We had to drive back to GAP on 34 street to use the restroom. :D

Sorry to be pedantic but don't you mean England fans? Britain = England, Wales and Scotland

As for the tour i think it was worth it, purely for the fact that Carrick is just the player we need for that holding mid-field role.

mate get over it Beckham left United ages ago, he had a good game,

Smithy was good not brilliant played in wrong position he needs to play behind the front two he's not an out and out striker, his range of passing and awareness of movement is excellent he can get as many assists as he wants

Richardson looked a bit cautious, worried about his injury

and never said Carrick hadn't played well either but who would you take out of the team for him?

Over the 90 minutes i think both sides had a fair share of the play.

If i were Sven, Carrick would be a more predominant feature in my plans. Gerrard and Lampard aren't holding mid-fielders and i think it's a position we've lacked in for quite some time.

i've never liked beckham, even when he was at united. But yesterday he did have a good game yes, apart from the fact that he made Crouch look almost totally useless by playing all his crosses low and hard. And with Crouch (6"7) and Knight (6"6) up for corners, what you want to do is play high floating balls because 90% of the time they're going to win it with their huge height advantage, but he didn't he played almost everything low and hard.

I know that wasn't your first team. But the English are always overestimating theirselves. "We can be world champions in 2002", "We can win it in 2004". Both times England never looked like doing so.

But don't get me wrong, I love England, they're my second favourite team after my own country.

I've heard peeps saying "o Owen brilliant, best around at what he does, why didnt he start more often for real?."

Simply because he don't do anything but tap in his chances, 2 ot of 3 were basic tap in's that most professional strikers could do, he didnt start much 4 Real because he don't add anything to the build up of play, just watch any game closely you will see. he got nearly all his goals from peeps like zidane and ronaldo suppling tap ins and/or the opposition going to sleep.

Carrick shud sit in front of the midfield if he proves himself more this season and just play rooney up on his own.

I Don't hate Owen, i respect all tht he has done and know he had bad injuries but i wish peeps would stop thinkin in the past , he is nothing without his pace too be honest.

And Phill Neville what is that! lol

He's one of the best in the World at sitting behind the back 4 and manipulating the off side trap.

you're possibly going to sign Daniel van Buyten.

but Viana may not be returning to Newcastle after his loan. He wants to stay in Portugal.

Aaron Hughes has gone to Villa for about £1m aswell
