Don't think Overmars disappeared, we all expected his retirement soon anyway.
Raphael van der Vaart is one who truly disappeared. Wasn't he primed for one of Europe's top club? How'd he end up in some unknown German team? Of all who left Ajax in the past few years, only Zlatan has managed to keep his reputation up. van der Vaart has faded away, van der Meyde as well. I remember the time when VDV, VDM, Zlatan and Mido were all at Ajax, God were they amazing.
Oh and where's Mido, didn't he move to some crap place in London?

Whats strange to me about Mido is the fact that, after that long injury spell he was shipped out of Rome just like that. Maybe a Roma fan can help clarify this for me, but outside of the preseason, was he even given a decent run of games for Roma? Did he say or do something that management didnt like?

youre an idiot. There are more league than the EPL. If he doesnt move to the EPL, but to the Bundesliga, where he plays great, doesnt mean he faded away
