The new Adidas kits just don't look the same anymore on clubs now. The national teams' jerseys just look perfect but I don't know, these aren't good. I mean the design on Milan's, cause the OM one is nice actually.

Thankgod Ajax made a deal with Adidas: No striping on the homekits (NEVER)
and they are only allowed to change the collar now and then.
Otherwise they would make a real ugly kit like that Marseille awaykit :o
Man that takes me back when Umbro was still Ajax sponsor, those kits were always fantastic in design :)

I think the Ajax Away "Dark-Purple/Black" Away kit around 97-98 was some of the best ever kits.

Its good that Ajax have got that deal and keeping to tradition for the home kits (though they do in the CL which is odd), many other teams' kits are getting totally f*cked up due to the kitmakers' sticking to common designs and sticking their branding all over it. :nape:

Well the reason Ajax is wearing the A-stripes in European matches is because only on those terms Adidas was willing to make the homekits without stripes.
The first homekits Adidas made was with striping but we as fans refused to buy that kit and that's why the Ajaxboard decided to talk with Adidas about this and they didn't want angry fans :p
