Yep i guess you guys are right about west ham. But i reckon a non-injury struck middlesbrough would be more tougher. Oh well the curtain raiser against west ham in a coule of days should approximately show us where we stand against them as we are playing away.
The end of the season draws near and hopefully we'll make really good signings during the window. Hoepfully Palleta is an Ayala and not a Pellegrino. Gonzalez looks a storm. Aurelio and Victor seems to be growing on liverpool and now we are supposely in talks with Giuly. What do you guys think of him?
Is there any transfer news i missed?

You've come out with more than I knew :p

I'll be honest, I don't know much about many of the players we are linked with, I don't see much of La Liga, unfortunatly. They have some great keepers.

Giuly? He's quite good (I remember him from CM 97/98, though I can't remember if I was using an update) but not the goalscorer we need, I believe... I'd take Michael Owen back over him anytime, but maybe his price won't be as high..

I think Giuly is more of the right winger that Benitez has been after. Hes certainly got the pedigree and experience, although he is knocking on a bit, I think hes about 31 now.

Yeah but that doesn't mean much. Morientes used to play like a legend in Spain :p

We apologize for keeping the yellow too long

great 2nd goal by Gerrard.

What is the order of tie breakers in England? Does goal differential come first or is the head to head record considered ahead of it? We are at +30 compared to United's +34(after Chelsea loss) but they have a game in hand.

Morientes is being unlucky this season, in Real Madrid he also had 2 weird seasons, thats why Real Madrid bought Ronaldo.

In Monaco he was succesfully, even was top scorer in Champions League 03/04.

I really expected Morientes to score like 12-15 goals at least, instead scoring just 5 ****ty goals :\

YAHOO 3-1! great win by liverpool. Awsome MORIENTES SCORED! Crusader mentioned he is having an unlucky season like finann when he first came to liverpool. Hopefully next season will be HIS yes MORIENTES' season. Good ol Gerrard we can always rely on him. We just have to hope ManU lose both last games and we tear portsmouth to pieces to get 2nd spot aswel.
Hope to see Gerrard lift up the FA cup (with kewell and morientes beside him in the main picture)
hahah btw what a trophy hog drogba was ay ahahh him and crespo kept taking it of others and how drogba asked if he could hold it for like the 5th time of gallas, he just got rejected. HAHAHAHH makelele and his 'YES' just mentioning this as itll be awsom to see the liverpool team as happy and celebrative as chelsea which of course we can do better

Good result. Aston Villa are a hard team to beat, even if their position in the league table doesn't suggest it. All 3 goals were pure class. Morientes' was brilliant, Gerrard's 1st was nice and his 2nd was reminisant of the goal against Olympiakos in the CL last season.
