D'ya mean you're going, or watching on TV?
If so then you've already missed United's first three games of the season.
As for the Carrick debate, I think that he will relish the opportunity to feed balls to the likes of Ronaldo and Rooney and Saha. His role will be to sit in the midfield and utilise his great range of passing to launch counter attacks and with the overall pace of United's movement - I'm sure Carrick can't wait. Also I think he already knows the people he's playing with - The touch of class he showed against Charlton (Passing up the golden opportunity to score his first ever United goal in favour of passing to Ole, who everyone wanted to score) showed me quite a bit about him.
Scholesy and Rooney still out, haven't heard fitness reports about Louis yet so I'm presuming no news is good news. I reckon Giggsy and Michael in the centre, with Ronny and Ji on the wings. Wes and Rio in defence with Silvestre on the left and Nev on the right (Gabby is still a couple of weeks away)
Mido should be fit for Spurs, but Malbranque and Berbatov are both expected to miss the game - Expect Keane and Defoe to line up for the Lillywhites then.
So here is my predicted United team for Saturday;
GK: Edwin
RB: Gaz (C
CB: Rio
CB: Wes
LB: Silvestre
LW: Park
MF: Carrick
AM: Scholesy
RW: Ronny
ST: Ole
ST: Louis
The options I can see are to either employ Giggsy or Ronny (or Scholsey) as second strikers - and sit either Sheasy or Fletcher in the Midfield or wing (in Ronny's case - Fletcher will be deployed on the wing)
Alan Smith might make the bench too
