Release date for demo?

New information leaked about the demo: apparently during his last visit to Castro in Hospital Chavez had the chance to play what he called "a couple of friendly matches with the old man". He said he was truly impressed by the following:
-New advance AI: player will now burb, fart, spit, curse and headbutt opponents according to their own, non deterministic free will
-New crowd Animation: if u are playing a Scottish team a supporter will randomly run naked through the pitch showing the camera a "SeaBass kiss my ARSE" tatoo written in Gaelic on his back
-New carrer mode: if u choose an italian team you can now bribe the ref and linemen, make illegal transaction and choose among an incredible variety of match fixing tecniques
-New emotional-based commentary: you will hear things such as "this game stinks", "that looks real my ass", "50 bucks for this bunch of crap again" and many more..........
Chavez also was reported to say that "the Old man can't play for **** and cheats"

I'm waiting for this demo too, and I have yet to spam this thread.
So, on-topic now:
EA has already mentioned that they're not releasing any demos or patches on weekends. And official word is that the demo got postponed due to errors in testing. Considering the workload EA puts on its employees and the criticism FIFA 07 is already getting, as it was expected "unofficially" this Wednesday, we shall have the demo in our hands either tomorrow (Monday) or sometime later this week.
In the worst case, ATI owners won't be able to see a thing in-game (the error in the demo came up while EA had announced it was doing testing with ATI graphics cards), but... Oh well.

If you're running a business, there's always the factor of risk. And things can go wrong in testing, so September 29th is a safe date for them to complete testing, correct whatever's wrong, get the game gold and to the stores.
