Big big hug to my friend Paulo Cunha from Basket NT!! :ewan: He started to play at Salesianos, my high school basket team, who also formed Miguel Miranda from NT, they only took off to FCPorto at 18, before Cunha was "Cadetes" (around 16) national champion with Salesianos beating SLBenfica, SportingCP, and Ovarense at the final four, on that champion team also played my big big fellows and friends Augusto, Nuno Silva, and Ze Manel!!

Man, I didn't see any Sportinguista complaining about their team not scoring in a home game against a team that will be struggling not to get relegated. Now that's how a league contender should play.

I'm sure the ref didn't want it to happen, just as bad as you didn't. He made a mistake, he didn't see it, IT FREAKIN HAPPENS MOTHAFECKERS!! Deal with it, you had 45 freakin minutes to freakin score two freakin goals against Paços!!

Too hard for your team? Then that's your problem.


Whining silly pricks, they never go away. Keep complaining about how you're harmed because of a handgoal, afterall a draw against Paços at home would be fantastic for your chase for the title (Y) In the meantime I'll think about football.

Not scoring a goal at home? We had bad luck, we faced a goalkeeper in great shape. I hope these 3 points don't cost us the championship near the end of the season...if we can reach it of course.

Bad luck? I'm sure the ref had bad luck too, in 100 handballs he didn't see that one, what a disaster...what a scandal...zzzzzzzzzzzz

If it happens with Porto I hope our coach doesn't blame the ref (If we end up losing), cause I don't like coaches that don't take responsability for bad results. If we lose you won't see me crying and whinning about any ref mistake, i can assure you that mate.

To be fair, Sporting got robbed yesterday. I used to always cheer for these underdog teams but not anymore, nowadays I just find teams like Pacos that have no ambition, just defend, play in sh!t stadiums, and have a squad made up of a bunch of random generic Brazilians, really annoying since they don't do the league any good. They suck in Europe and they make for borring ass games for the fans.

At the same time, Sporting should have scored on some of those clear chances they had. Bueno missed a couple easy goals like that header from like 2 meters away. Alecsandro looks like a typical sh!t signing.

O presidente do Portimonense anunciou a intenção de abandonar o futebol, após, alegadamente, ter recebido sábado à noite um telefonema que revelava existir um acordo para que o árbitro beneficiasse o Leixões no jogo desta jornada da Liga de Honra.
Em conferência de imprensa após o jogo disputado no Estádio Algarve, em que o Portimonense perdeu por 4-1, João Sintra disse ainda que "o teor do telefonema já é do conhecimento da Polícia Judiciária (PJ), onde foi apresentada queixa".
Segundo aquele dirigente, o telefonema "dava conta que já existia acordo com o árbitro Elmano Santos e com um dos seus auxiliares, faltando convencer o outro".
Sem revelar a origem do telefonema, o presidente do clube de Portimão exigiu que "as autoridades investiguem mais este caso do futebol português e que não o deixem cair como a outros (Apito Dourado) num passado recente".
No seu discurso de despedida, João Sintra exigiu a demissão do presidente da Liga, Valentim Loureiro, a quem acusa de ser o responsável por toda "esta palhaçada que desacredita o futebol português".
João Sintra, visivelmente irritado, lamentou que durante as reuniões da Liga seja impedido de falar, acusando Valentim Loureiro de "boicotar as suas intervenções e de algumas pessoas descontentes com situações no futebol". O presidente do Portimonense lamentou, igualmente, que "todas estas suspeições grassem no futebol português, sem que alguém puna os responsáveis".
No encontro de hoje, em que o Portimonense perdeu com o Leixões por 4-1, o árbitro Elmano Santos foi a "grande figura", tendo assinalado uma grande penalidade que deixou grandes dúvidas e expulsado dois jogadores algarvios, bem como o técnico Diamantino Miranda.

as for Sporting - Paços situation... i didn't saw you complaining when Nani scored last weekend against Nacional after a foul not being signalled... or even last year or 2 years ago, when Ricardo saved a goal, really a goal, because he saved the ball inside the net but the referee didn't counted it...
