ok, kind of more relaxed now...party will eventually follow (Y)

so my view on the game:

first half was absolutely ours, creating a sh'tload of scoring chances but only scored twice and Benfica got 2 clear chances but failed to capitalize.
other than that, they were simply absent from the match.
obviously a fluke goal the first one, but the second a freakin beauty by Quaresma :rockman:

second half we were absolute crap, started off very slow and Benfica got a goal they weren't seriously looking for till then, and then their game rose immensely, controlling our moves and attacking with loads of will.
second goal came and I wasn't surprised at all, I can tell you that I was so pissed with our players, it's like they were just not trying :kader:

the draw would have praised Benfica's second half, but not our first half.
gladly enough there was still some breath left on our players and Moraes did it Buba style (H)

congrats to Benfica for making this really hard for us, by halftime I though you guys were gonna be raped :$

Kickass classic! We've been treated to 2 great matches this weekend and that's just great to our league. (Y)

I'm not going to state the obvious, so here's a few selected notes:

- There's a couple expressions that more or less tell what happened in the first half, until Anderson was injured: 'banho de bola', 'show dos putos', 'lição de futebol', etc. There was only one way Benfica knew how to stop us, and that was fouling. Not fouling hard, but stopping plays illegally.[/list]

- Anderson's exit was a disgrace. Kat knew he spent the week injured and to me it looked he targeted the kid. There was no logic reason to foul so hard in that instance. Only in our league we see this go by without a yellow card...

- The best part of the game was when Leo faked an injury to waste time in the last seconds of the game, and as a result had to be taken momentarily to the sidelines. From there he saw Bruno Moraes's header enter Benfica's net near the first post - exactly where Leo should be defending, had he not faked the injury! Toma lá, urso! (H)

- Fucile sucks. He was raped by Simão and Leo, and both Benfica games were his fault. But I tell you what: he's great at free-throws. :D

- Bruno Moraes should get a bigger push. The guy is creating a lot with the few minutes he's been giving, and I see him as a great addition to Postiga.

- There were a few Benfiquistas in the middle of the Porto crowd. I think that proves once and for all that our supporters are just regular people - with the exception of 1500 jagunços - who happen to love the best club in the world. :amika:

- Finally, congrats to all players, especially our boys for believing until the end! (H)

funny that even so Benfica had 3 clear goal chances in the first half, and only Helton prevented Benfica from scoring at least one before half time.

In the 2nd half Porto had ZERO goal chances until the 91st minute.

so deve jogar pra 2007... :nape:

obrigado Katsouranis

the ones that said http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hz4dRoP9qtw this was fair, dont be hypocrit c*nts now. It's a similar play.

Katsouranis went for the ball, with a stricter ref he probably would have seen a yellow for dangerous play but it definitely wasn't a tackle "à Petit", it's debatable but Katsou had no intention of injuring him.

lmao, you gotta be f*cking kiding me, someone actually made me laugh after our defeat :|

it was a normal tackle, maybe a bit harsh, yeah, but completely normal, many like that probably happened during the game and happen during all games of every ******* weekend of every ******* league, but don't have the same attention mainly because not everybody has a glass foot like your wonderkid, didn't he had already a problem with it in the U-17 WC or something? (correct me if i'm wrong)

conspiracy theories at it's best, probably at the level of Markl's

selective memory you dudes are showing too, being people that believe the Miccoli sending off was orchestrated by Porto, you shouldn't be talking much now.

Miccoli's sending off was a scandal, Katsouranis tackle is completely normal play, a foul and a yellow card at most, and that's arguable.

oh, please, you guys are being ridiculous, i can expect that from every porto fan, but i thought people here were more reasonable and not so blinded,

do you seriously believe that was intentional? what, should he have got a red card? PLEASE!

did I even say what I think about that?
learn to ******* read.

I just think that it's ironic as **** that you start bitching about this matter after the Miccoli thing, on which the whinning was as constant as annoying from your side.

FFS, what whinning from our side?

we accepted the defeat pretty well, you were the ones coming with that conspiracy theorie about Kat's KILLER tackle, we weren't complaining about nothing,

about the Miccoli thing we had all the reasons to be pissed with the red card, simply because he shouldn't have got it, it's a ******* fact, it's not even discussable.

are we even talking about the same thing?
the whinning I talked about was on the conspiracy theory surrounding the Miccoli sending off which was brought up by Benfica.

and since I'm having to repeat the stuff I said a few posts ago because you didn't read them or pretend you didn't, I will just leave this discussion alone.

what i was trying to say is that it would be whinning if we actually based our defeat on Miccoli's sent off, and we didn't.

whatever, this is pointless.
