Manager Mode--Budget Problem--Help!!

Hi, i am playing Manager Mode, and i started a new season, and i signed some new players; and i gave them a very good salary. So now, the total money that i have to pay the players is very high. And with every match i play i lose more money; now is getting near to $ 0.

How can i solve this??

What happens if my budget gets to $ 0?

thanks for any response...

If ur budget go to $0 = game Over. Start new one lol.
But easiest way to get ur budget back up a bit is to make sure you can get as much fan support as possible for Home Games(those ticket sales count).
As for your case, i'd recommend putting some of ur players up for the Transfer Market.

E.G: My 2nd season with chelsea...started with 64,000,000 1st season and now i'm down to 20,000,000 Pounds, and in order to reach board expectations of 39,000,000 budget i Sold M. Ballack(I know, don't hate me) and instead i put J. Cole up in the squad and found a really good free agent RWM(cost $0 for buying) for my Sub Squad. Look at the Growth predictions of the players, some have some serious potential.

I'd definately recommend putting a few players up for transfer. Usually the ones you have too much of like Midfielders. And win teh Cups!

Hey I play with Chelsea also.
My budget went to something like:
$ -3,000,000. ( it was under 0 dolars), that meant i was in debt.
So i was continuingly receiving mails from the board complaining of the budget. But i continued in this state for like 5 or 6 months, and they never fired me, and then the transfer season arrived and i sold a player, and problem solved.

Another thing that helped me was: that when i had to renew players contracts, i reduced their salary, so the total salary of the players would be less than before.

Thanks for your advice BlackHawk.

You have to remember there is an associated cost in renewing a contract though. The higher the earner, the higher the renewal cost.

very nice freboy,
i havent tried it yet,
but that patch takes out the reality of true life.
Analizing from another point of view, i play with Chelsea, and one can say they have unlimited resources with mister Roman Abramovich support. So maybe i could use it.

thanks...

Hi iam a gunners fan and i was also played for Chelsea in manager Mode as you know Chelsea starting budget is 64,000,000 this is what i did i sold a lot of key players including Ashley Cole, Andriy Shevchencko, Michael Ballack, Claude Makellele, Geremi and Anjen Robben My Budget was 187,000,000

I signed Massimo Maccarone, Robinho, David Beckham, Roberto Carlos, Mikah Richards.

Maccarone was worth 3,000,000 Robinho 40,000,000 Beckham 7,000,000 Roberto Carlos 3,000,000 Richards 4,500,000

I signed Maccarone because he is a great starter and gets replaced around 55mins and Robinho replaces him it's a great Combination becasue i have a formation of a 3 4 3 i have Robinho in the middle Drogba on the left and Kalou on the right. If you play for Chelsea you have a big chance of signing any player you want but not a rival team player.

A very easy way to get quick cash, is to buy free agents and immediatly list them for transfer. I needed cash in my second season and bought lampard and Beckham and sold them both for big money.
