If the kid is not unlucky to get a long term injury, i guess he'll prove himself in the years to come... i have total faith on this guy! :)

well you dont have to be argentine or barcelonista or even brazilian or madridista to apreciate the beauty of mess's goal , but when someone here comes in an says it was nothing that special or trys to compare it to a clint mathis goal, i guess its certainly time to take your pills. (H)

btw i dont know if its better than maradona's goal it depends on tastes, but its certainly fighting for second :)

ps: i must agree with andy this forum is fill with brits , just go look at the messi vs ronaldo thread, theirs no contest lol.

Maybe there's no contest because at the moment Ronaldo is a more complete player than Messi and doing a fantastic season, not just one or two games.

And don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of Messi too.

I actually don't think it's that good either, not once does he get his head up. My dad would not like that in a player.

Oh well, I'm not surprised by all of the counter-responses. Some people can get such a hard-on picking apart great goals/teams/players.
