PES 2008 licensing

Hi. Do you think PES 2008 will have licensing for the F.A premier league? I think Man Utd will be licensed for sure because C.Ronaldo will be on the front cover. But if there will be only 2 teams licensed in the english premiership who will they be? Man U and Arsenal? Man U and Chelsea? Man U and Liverpool? Discuss.

read somewhere the leagues that are licensed in pes2008... i am sure there's no EPL :(..... guess it's too expensive :(

It is going to have a patch that includes all the big team licenses.We aways get it here in BG a mont after the game at the latest.

I think yes,but don't worry,we'll get the updated option file soon after the game has been realesed.Like i said.

The option file for prem teams never Looks that good though!

IT SHOULD BY NO MEANS BE ARSENAL. they have been both times and now have no real exicitment about their squad.

Chelsea and United should be the two licensed sides!! Liverpool should also be licensed. i will be extremely annoyed if chelsea arent licensed !

Seriously, why are you so concerned about it?
I couldn't care less when there's no licensed team at all in the next PES! Just wait for the custom content to be released which is far more superior than what Konami can come up with :)

i agree, but the option files that i have already bought have not been very good, i mean comon chelseas kit does NOT look very good through the option file, it does not have the collar or anything, its not realistic enough, i LOVE the gameplay and ALWAYS play pro evo! but i really want Chelsea to be licensed. i noticed certain players, like kalou, does not look Any THING like him and i dont want this to continue, manchester united and Chelsea should be the licensed teams anyway, Arsenal have no interest since Henry left them so do something right KONAMI PLEASE!

Do you seriously think that PES will have the money for F.A Premiership licensing?

They can afford the salaries for only 3 programmers, so it is completely obvious that they won't be able to afford the full Premiership license.

Just as well, really. I mean, who wants to play the EPL with a game that is 99% scripted?

to be honest, who cares about the licenses when you can use kitserver to have licensed kits for all the teams in the game?

It's well accepted that Arsenal and Barcelona pld the best football in Europe last season.
And for you to ask for Chelsea, I can only titter, boring boring Chelsea bla bla :taz:

Are you kidding me?! Konami are a huge company, they're hardly short of money... especially for one of their biggest games.
