Pes 2008 Pc Patch 1.20 Is Out!!!

Sorry, had to have a good chuckle at that comment on Nokami's site....... if they're so bothered about improving PES 2008 then how come we still can't choose kits in ML/Cup/League mode then?

Hasn't fixed anything still same lag still goes to 3000+ pings
dulled down graphics this is truly appaling from konami yet again what on earth are they doing just played a match at first you think aha its less laggy which it is at times but it soon craps out same old issues speed ups and bugs keepers terrible AI ah well we will have to bin this and go back to pes6

another question is, if seabass has fired all the staff created pes2008, then who the hell did this patch?

Is the no-dvd patch for 1.20 out also?

furk konami. hope EA sports will buy off their sour stingy sorry asses!!!!!!. cant even afford an adequate server for online talk less of licensing. will never buy their pes retail anymore will only play off line until EA buy them off and their staff that produce the pes series.

I tested the patch and the only thing that seems to be fixed is that keyboard-lovers can EVENTUALLY keep their settings, they don't have to reload them every time they load the game.

Apart from that, everything else is pretty much the same.

We'll drop the napalms only AFTER we get our money back.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Nokami are the new "EA of the late 90's/early 00's"..... they make substandard games, don't give two hoots about the customers just as long as it sells that's all they're fussed about, and they release patches that don't fix anything!

For the record I wouldn't go back to FIFA, still don't like it, even if it has made a lot of improvements over the years, PC version graphically looks like a 5 year old game!

both patches are only focused on network play

when can konami low down the extremely high free kick goal percentage? and change the thief like running style

erm... i've just this week got a new vista entertainment pc and when i try and install this patch, unlike on my other computer, it says that i need permission to run the patch installer from my administrator even though i myself am the admin. wtf can anyone help?

Right click -> Run as administrator?
At least I had to do that in Vista to run it.

I hate that thieve-style running as well, good thing is that you can edit the dribbling style with the build-in edit option. If i remember correctly dribbling style 2 looks at least more realistic and you can even edit your existing Master League players if you want to.

Can we apply patch1.2 without 1.1 first?

yes the patch switch only the EXE File

if you don't install patch 1.1 though are you missing out on anything or does 1.2 contain the features of the first patch also?

that still doesn't really answer my question (:/) can somebody, please, do so.

1.2 DOES include all of 1.0 and 1.2 it is the very nature of how updates work

The game runs worst with this new patch now...OISH . Is EA in on this????

Feeling that after 2nd patching, more lagging and down frame rate (when the ball's at the penalty area under high speed), but still checking.

But 2nd patch is remarkably better for edited data, coz' no need to reload it every time restarting as before. Just recognize only one good point now.
