This is going to go down to the last match, for sure! You'd have to say though, that if it comes down to goal difference, it's rewarding the more attractive and attacking side, which is the right thing to do!

We apologize for keeping the yellow too long

Not always true...I think it was 2003(or 2005) when Celtic and Rangers had the same number of points and were separated by 2 or 3 goals....hardly the right thing to do, in THAT situation.

Having said that, the line has to be drawn somewhere......

EDIT: Saw the highlights and Ferguson's post-game comments....he's right.

I dont' think you've seen us, or our players, play very often. You are lucky Eto'o had an off day, because normally, he is one of the most clinical finishers in the game. That backheel that Iniesta gave him would have been a goal 9 times out of 10, but he was very off, not sure why. I do hope you continue to underestimate us this way though....

See you on Tuesday

your offense sucks without Ronaldinho in form.

Rofl you lost to deportivo 2-0 ahahahah

We lost to Chelski because paid ref.

Although, Chelsea yet again got the perfect schedule for the run-in. They get extra 2.5 days before Newcastle. Not that i'm really complaining about it, but their schedule in April and May could have not been any better or more balanced and to think that they even got the nerve to complain about having a Monday and Thursday game.

Look m8, b4 the match, no one except Fergie was complaining about our schedule and what we did previously was complain about OUR schedule not Utd's, too bad, but if the result had been different, i don't think there would've been any mention about us getting the "perfect" schedule.....most of the blame goes to your manager, I think he was preparing for a defeat judging from his pre-match interviews, talking about the goal-difference factor when he could've easily put out a strong team and maybe put the title to bed.........

we can't think about losing or drawing anymore, west ham and wigan are both simply a must-win game, if we can't even do that we don't deserve to be champion, thats said I am still confident we'll win both matches.

internet is for spamming

I don't see what's make yesterdays match the end of the world!
it all comes down to this:
we win the title if we can step up and make a good performance for the two last games,if Chelsea does the same we still got the title!!
that's what i call a big advantage.
if we can't it just show's that Chelsea deserve it more
getting a win against West ham and wigan shoud not be a problem with the team we have.in the case of West ham having some good result over us are in the past, theres no need for looking back.
I want this title so bad,but if we cant win the last game's,so be it!.

On another note, you really have to hand it to the title candidates this year.
The competition has been great this year. It hasn't been this close since '99.
Hats off to Arsenal, Chelsea and United.

In 98/99, it was much closer, only 4 points separated us three, but I remember we broke down against Leicester and Spuds......it was a great year of football, we were top of the league at one stage with Villa but the year belonged to u lot to be honest, if im not mistaken we were beaten by u guys in the FA Cup as well on a replay........but hopefully for us, this year would be different :)

really? was it really two goals by Yorke, I remember Becks celebrating the cradling baby style celebration so I reckon he was one of the scorers at the Bridge that day....I'm so sure.......I think...

Yep, 2-0 at Stamford Bridge, two goals by Yorke.

EDIT: I just checked, if Arsenal win then they'll be 4 points behind us, too.

so there are only 2 games left, no way they can win the title expecting both us and chelsea to drop points.

Still there with a very muted whisper actually mate. In other words, mathematically yes, but in reality an absolute no.

Am I the only one terrified of Barca at home. They have a huge advantage with 0-0. They can score, I'm afraid it's Milan all over again. :(

It seems no matter how good we are domestically we succumb to some major pressure in Europe.

I know it sounds like i'm whining about it. But i'm not, i just don't know any other way to put it in text.

Zamunda: if its Milan all over, then we'll win. Because we beat them 3-2 last time and the time we lost 1-0 we should have won 2-1. Barcelona definietly has a greater chance then we should have allowed them to have, but we should still be able to do the job.

It will be really tough for Arsenal, but both teams MUST drop points next week or its over for them (if it wasn't already)........

Ronaldo retains his PFA player of the year. Congrats to him and i'm expeting massive performances from him in the last 4 games of the season.

Fabregas got the young player of the year. So, Ronaldo is the best player in the league, but Fabregas is the best young player in the league. Man, the players that voted are definietly a confused little bunch.
