im running the latest geforce driver...
i have totally none counter with this problem before, all my computer spec is good, (could run on GTA4).
i just found this problem yesterday,when i'm going to play,before that, i've installed FIFA Performance patch only..

What OS are you running? I had this problem when I installed windows 7 beta, I resorted to vista and the problem went away. I think its a driver issue, if not, download the latest version of directX and use the nvidia driver wizard and let it search for the appropriate driver. That should fix the problem.

Problem sloved!!
100% is the driver issue,
after I installed the 181.00 Driver, things are back to normal

I had that same problem when I used the 09 model in '08... not the scissor-hands, but the scarecrow pose.

there could me many issues which causing this problem,
so my issue, the driver is the solution of it.

So, Keegan, you got your solution?

Nope - couldn't be bothered to, I figured that my card which can't play 09 was the problem. I'm counting down though - another week and I'm good to go! (Y)
