Sure. If this ends up like that, he'll try to earn as much as he can, but the important thing is he isn't wanting to leave. He cried in training session.

Berlusconi said that he has to sell Kaka'. So if there is no other solution for Kaka', he'll try to earn as much as he can, but again he's looking forward more for his carrier than for the money.

1 000 and 1 000 000 is big difference, but 10 000 000 and 15 000 000 isn't too much.

Yes there's a diminishing marginal utility to it, but if you spend the entire 10,000,000 then you'll be lucky you got that extra 5,000,000.

I'm with Shifty here.

Sevillista makes good points, and any person should be able to live a great life with that kind of money, but they almost never do.

You know how much you have and you think you can buy anything. Then you get used to the lifestyle and before you know it, you've drained out your assets and you still can't quit the lifestyle. It's hardest thing to lose something after you enjoyed it for so long, and not many people have the self-discipline to impose rules on themselves to limit the spending and save for the future.

It's why rich people can be stingy - the smart ones, anyway. They know the formula to keep their wealth. And even if they're spending big and living a life of luxury, you bet your ass they're doing their utmost on all fronts to make as much money as they possibly can.

And Shifty said that millions aren't worth all that much anymore, and it's true. Today society has developed ways to suck all of your assets out. The moment you get some decent cash is the moment everything around you starts looking very attractive and affordable. There isn't that much money on this world than an average person wouldn't be able to spend.

I agree, but that also varies depending on which society and country you live in and how you've been brought up. But on the general note I agree, there are too many things to do with money(mostly unnecessary and wasteful things) these days.

With all the money that is being thrown at him.. At the end of the day, not only is he going to make much more, but so are all the charities that he donates to. Seem to be one of the positives of all this.

he should just move i'm sure he'd lvoe to play with a bunch of superstars then stick with milan and as i recalled not long ago kaka said milan is very dangerous and isn't good for his family or something like that. what all of a sudden changed his mind.

kaka will be alot more welcomed and loved at man city than at milan.

plus all the money being offered to him so much of that money can go to his charities and his church as people have stated. not only that he said he'd love to play in the EPL so now's his chance. and if he loves milan so much he should go as 107m will help milan ALOT for their debts and getting ALOT of really good players to replace their aging squad so in essence Kaka leaving will help milan big time. but let's face it he's done it all at milan. i think its time for a new challenge for him. playing on a lower skilled club will help improve him as a player.

1. In terms of club teams, Milan is probably the most loving and family-like atmosphere you'll ever play for.
2. Milan and debt should never be mentioned in the same sentence as long as Berlusconi is involved with the team.
3. Playing on a less skilled club will help him improve? That's probably the dumbest statement I've ever heard. It may help the others around him develop, that's for sure, but I don't see how it would help him improve, unless I'm missing something.

it means he has to work alot harder to score goals create plays also train harder also he itll help improve his squad mates and build some leadership in him also playing in a league that way differnt than deffensive s tyle of play in italy will force hm to adjust and learn a new playstyle which in epls caseis more fast pace rouc etc. gameplay style so thatll improve his overall ability he`ll hae to be quickeron the ball and be strong to fend of defenders etc. so overall he will become a bettter player

Grammatically horrible, but you do make a valid point. To be honest though, Milan haven't exactly been the best team in the world the past few seasons. Kaka pretty much single-handedly won the 2007 CL.

I figured a little bit of humour would help me through this fiasco since I'm so torn :(

For a guy that supports both City and Milan, I would have thought that such a move would be more acceptable. But then again, I think i understand were you stand..

Haha (H)

EDIT: Nah, I guess I don't want to tell a terrorism joke. But just for the hell of it.... at least City isn't owned by an international criminal anymore!

I think to be honest this is a load of rubbish. Firstly City have 1 superstar at the moment in Robinho, and Milan have lots. I mean who's going to want to play with Dunne, Bellamy and Vassell when they could play with Beckham, Ronaldinho and Maldini? Just because you can afford superstars doesn't mean you have them now.

Also he will be more loved and welcomed at city- how can you possibly argue this? The fans were out on the streets with banners begging him to stay, they love him more than anyone else possibly could. City fans will probably complain about the money that was spent if he doesn't settle.

Oh and if he loves Milan he should prove it on the field not leave them. If he loves them he should want to be as great as Maldini is for Milan and be the captain one day. A new challenge is one thing but he isn't going to win with City, they're still some distance from the top 4.

In some ways I'd like to see him in England but some of your reasons for him joining are way off the mark.
