Btw, how about Safina's comeback? 2-5 down in the third set, won 7-5. Since the 2-5, she looked like an evil monster when they showed her in third person view (H). Too bad for Alize Cornet (who is hot, btw (H))

Dementieva was just too good for Cibulkova. Dementieva and S.Williams are on course to meet in the semis should they get through the quarter finals, if they meet in the semis there's a good chance that whoever wins will go on to win it.

Speaking about S.Williams she got a bit lucky with Azarenka being ill after Azarenka did well to win the first set. Azarenka looked like she was gonna faint as she was serving out her last game.

I got my heart beating fast when Azarenka was fainting. I thought the worst :(. Too bad, she was making a hell of a match. I'm sure she will have loads of opportunities. And I can't see Serena overcoming the level Dementieva is showing right now.

In the men's, Murray's out. Really, Verdasco was genius. He knew the only way of overcoming Murray was playing agressive. Sometimes Murray looked too passive. He still needs to mature, and especially overcoming the pressure that was been put on him in the last week.

And btw...

Truly 100% behind Dokic now. After seeing how she fought back from that ankle (and it looked horrible in slow-mo) and waving away the trainer initially, that's just pure guts right there.

I get a new HDTV and Ana Ivanovic loses before any decent coverage on her matches... dammit.

Safina bt. Dokic 6-4 4-6 6-4

Dokic had the chances. On 4-4 she could do the game, and put the whole pressure to Safina. And she suffered the break in a stupid way. Then on 4-5 she had 2 break points to put the game to 5-5. She didn't do it, Safina on 30-40 was 5 points in a row putting the service to the forehand of Dokic and suddenly throws a bullet to her backhand. I felt there that the game ended.

Too bad, end of fairytale.

Federer just humilitated Del Potro. I expected much more from this match and much more from JMDP. So we should prepare for Roddick vs. FedEx. Can't wait for that.

Sad to see Dokic's fairytale run come to an end, hope to see more of her throughout the year, she plays good tennis not afraid to go for the big shots.

That performance from Federer was just sick. Del Potro is no slouch and Federer just made him look so ordinary.

A total of just 21 games in a Grand Slam quarter final match that is just amazing.
