Not sure what you mean by that? It's not a single person who funds the club. Socios (who own the club and are season ticket holders aswell), marketing, sponsorhip deals, TV deal, and etc are ways the club makes money if that's what your asking but that's also how most clubs make money unless their Man City or some other team with a really rich owner.

I would love el Guaje to join Real Madrid but as you mention Marca is not always a good source but only time will tell if this rumor become a reality.

Yeah well now marca is taking it back because valdamo himself has said Villa costs too much...so unless the price goes down it ain't happening...also seems like ribery is out of the question

i see in tv, valencia new president llorente told the club will have to sell 1 of his 3 starts (villa,silva and albiol) and he choise villa firts, but also told there is a big offerts of english and italian clubs so if madrid want villa will have to pay a lot of money.

It looks like Silva is not for sale, Xabi Alonso doesnt look like he is going anywhere, Ribery deals have hit a stalemate, C.Ronaldo will either be a pipe-dream or the biggest surprise ever, Villa is looking like he is too expensive, unless he wants to stay in Spain for family/other reasons.

I think we need Ibrahimovic. He is awesome. I think he would be amazing in Madrid. Plus he is the only one available for transfer, looking away from his club, and at a price we can go for. But I think Barca have a better offer (money + Eto'o). Its a shame, I'd have to start not-liking him if he joined Barca. He has scored some amazing goals in his time (Sweden vs Italy @ Euro'04 anyone?). I think he is under-rated. Maybe Perez can work some magic and convince him to join us.

I haven't seen any rumors about Defenders joining Madrid other than Maicon. Someone mentioned Juan and Vidic, but I cant even find a rumor about those two.

And is Pepe going to miss the first 5 or 6 games of the season? We may need 2 new CB's

Why 2 new CBs? Also we were interested in Raul Albiol. Right now we have Pepe, Garay, Metzelder, and if really needed S. Ramos or Henize can fill in too.

No to Ibra and Villa, seriously we don't need to focus our efforts on an ST right now, IMO at least we should cover other positions.

Wow. The reason Florentino is so successful at signing stars is that he realizes that price tags are irrelevent to Real Madrid. I hope they at least provide entertainment. I used to love watching the Galacticos back in the Del Bosque era.

He realizes that they can make a lot of money (the way I look at it is they pay for themselves, like Zidane, Ronaldo, Beckham, did last time around) and yes hopefully our squad is entertaining, well it should be now with Kaka and Ronaldo. So far they are making the right moves for the way Pellegrini likes his teams to play. Good thing is we are getting these deals done pretty fast.

WTF? Kaka is out of shape...and Real don't have time to wait him or to work on his psihologycal form ...they only need robots to score 69 goals per season
Soon they will buy Ibrahimovic for 325m and maybe Pato for 375m!
