with CM10 will we have to restart our gamemodes if we make a edit, i remember with the sponsor patch i had to start of manager mode all over again, will it be like that for every edit?

Only if the edit you make, changes the database, that makes the career file non compatible, I remember a tool for F08 called Save My Career (it made the files compatible again), but there wasn't one for F09, let's hope somebody make something like that for F10

that depends, if you overwrite data, wouldn't affect, if you make a new spot for a boot for example, that will affect... Or changing a player's database, let's suppose that Lio Messi's ID boots is #160, you can import a boot on #160 and won't damage, but if you change Lio Messi's ID Boot # for another one, that will crash your career... Hope that I give you some idea at least... I hope somebody make a program like Save My Career, that was so helpful!
