In which country do you send your scout and they give you good players? I send in Romania, Spain and Brazil, and the best choise is Romania. I have a scout with 1 star of experience and jugdment.

spain brazil argentina ... mostly spain for player makes (midfield) brazil and argentina for attackers wingest etc .. i got an awesome youth team now :) starting from midfield i got 2 most talented ( one's for future xD) CB both are 70 ovr and they are only 17 yrs old
and RB/LB 66 ovr a CM still got alot to learn :) and an attacker who scored 25 goals in 11 matches once i promoted him :)

In my liverpool cm i've got a few handy youth prospects with current overalls of 70+ and between 17 and 19 years old.

Yeah I had 5/5 Portuguese scout and these players came from Portugal, although in the 2n season he was pulling guys out of spain with 65+ starting overall.
