jaja, awesome! I was going to do that next, I already have the templates from '11. things i would correct,
-less denim-like texture, actually the chest and back part are very "satin" like.
-the "antel" and "nuñez" is a heat stamp so no bevel. "antel" is grey and reflective.
-the yellows a bit more "orangey" not like the pic below where i didn't do white balance.


this is the third shirt but the fabrics are the same as the home one.
and before anyone says anything, it's original but the label went off in the first and second washes. :bwtf:

yea bro, i seen sebas kit from last year but the lines on the kit on the website where different so i redid the kit.

the denim texture happened when i sharpened the texture after i finished it, i will reduce the opacity or just remove it seeing i have a satin mesh i can use also.

i iwll fix the antel & nunez logos, i added a slight bevel just so it didnt look too flat on the kit.

ill fix the yellow, post me a sample color here so i can use it & if you can can you create for me the "campeon del siglo" in a 36 pt text in the correct font for me ?

i dont have the spanish language pack on my pc so i cant add the tilde over the n.

bro you have a better image(s) of the new penarol kits ?

that image on the site is the only image i have found.

it sucks indeed, it sucks every single uncompressed byte in the image.
Try imageshack.us, supports png and doesn't recompress your jpgs. It also has a very handy windows uploader if you create an account.

The color is much better now, can't say much about the texture due to compression but it seems better.

The reason I'm not a fan of the textures and try to use the "bump maps" is because the dds compression usually does whatever it wants. They can look great in photoshop or in the forum but the compression messes everything up. I'd rather have plain surfaces and let the dds compression use more bit rate in the more detailed areas.
This is just theory, I don't precisely know the inner workings of the rx3 but seems like there's a fixed file size of 1815KB that has to be maintained. It would be great if someone (jor1980 I'm looking at you) finds a way to use 2048x2048 dds textures without recompressing. Oh! and bigger size for the "bumps" could be great. I'll be uploading my peñarol kits in a few minutes.

Maybe that's why I get lower quality textures when importing them in the game?

nice job bro, just so you know you have to reduce the size of the back of the puma collar because it will show the back of the collar under the wings of the polo collar.

thats why you see in my texture its cut down.

i don't know what is exactly what you're talking about, I corrected some things in the collar but i don't know if that's what you were saying, I checked yours against mine and I didn't see differences in the 3d preview.
Now the inside is black and the not visible side of the wings is black too (actually should have stripes but is practically invisible in game).

Also corrected in HOME and AWAY the collar number,now it's 10 instead of 8, my bad.
