Matri don't like his cheeks (too round make them more gaunt). update eyes and eyebrows, change mouth because looks very weird, make chin more square, Vucinic good but fix sides (cheeks) of his face because too round (look a little bit fat) and maybe update mouth texture, I know your faces from FIFA 11 and I know you can make much better.
