The hair switches siedes when u edit it's position with CM12 and then regenerate bh. To fix it just open CM 12 again, move just a litle the hair save it's position and regenerate.

As for me too wide jaw sides, maybe make his neck more thiner or make his jaw sides more thiner because there is a disproportion between his upper part of his face and lower part (his forehead looks more smaller than his jaw) also don't like chin - too massive and wide, work at eyes form.
