Have you downloaded all parts? Then copy and paste them. Download CM12, give it administrator privileges, then click file - Open Select all and click on the database files that show up. You need to learn to use this tool - it is the most important tool for editing the game. Select where your fifa 12 is installed and click on fifa_ng_db-meta then fifa_ng_db then eng_us. CM12 will then be open, then click Tools and then select Regenerate BH and then it should be done. Regenerate BH a second time to be sure. That works for me.

yes i have downloaded all part and paste them to FIFA 12 > game > data,
and i have follow all your instructions, the faces and the kits are change, but the player transfer are not change. why ?? can you help me ??

Reinstall game or use regenerator again and again! Maybe copy all files again into your folder and regen again! This is your unique mistake i cant help you! :(

apreciate hard work

can only update players transfer and update kit only. because many players head is missing and showing color green ,blue on hand or legs. Just like liverpool -luis suarez no head joe allen no head skrtel no head jhonson have blue green on hand and legs

i'm having a little problem with this patch. i don't know if anyone had pointed it out but since i installed this patch every time i want to change my squad players in Career mode the game just crashes out for me.
the moment i switch the players it crashes out.
i did everything the instructions said over and over again but nothing changed.

any thoughts?!

Do u have "loaned players bug"? Check loaned players in career mode in your team. U can found solution in thread. :)

Nope, u can search too. Dont know what is your problem maybe loaned players bugged or not. Just check thread and u ill found lot of solution "crashed fifa".

Thanks for the effort put into this, plan to start a new career until fifa 13 comes out. Spotted a few mistakes and stuff but thats to be expected and somehting i can fix myself.

There is 16 year old in the villa squad with 5 star skills and 5 star weak foot with a rating of 74 called cado which obviously is not right!

Also last question can i find out potentials and stuff anywhere for this update?

So i started a new career with it and for some reason everyones rating appeared to randomly go up (bent to 84, neymar to 88 etc etc) and there was a load of face errors where they just had coloured squares for faces and arms etc?

What have i done wrong here?

i searched the thread, did everything i found, but still the same problem!
i corrected the loaned players in my team (Tottenham), the problem with changing the players in squad was fixed but the game crashes out the minute a game finishes and it wants to come back to the main career mode menu!

i don't know what to do!

simulate problem，cant pass the day aug 2 (despite of 2011 or 2012) when playing asenal in CM

I using the last V2 version, and try to delete all loaned record, but game crash in the same day, if anyone help?

i changed the year to 2012, enabled the champions league for the first season but still the same problem, in a different way but still the same problem, now i cant advance more than 2nd july 2012, it crashes out the moment i want to skip 2nd july 2012.

please, for the love of god, someone give me a solution!

Good luck getting a reply here, seems to be pretty impossible! I've just deleted it instead its not worth the hassle.

miracle happen once a while for the love of god:)

I think you must install some other version fifa.exe like DLC(pivate ?)

but for the official updated fifa.exe（from genuine software） ,the "loaned player bug"has fixed

so when you update the fifa12,you can read the last saved career file and move advance
