Error Running CM Master 12

I run Cm master to open databse fifa 13 , but it has error
Index was outside the bounds of array, i tried with databse 12 but it has the same error
i followed Open-select all>> Fifa 13 dir>>open xml ,db and eng-us.db

oh thanks a lot , it runs CM13 smoothly , But why can't i open fifa 12 by Cm 12 , i have run it easily long time ago, but now i can't.
Is this CM 13 version ok , does it have any errors?

Reinstall rinaldo's original CM 12 program and keep that install separate from your CM 13 install. Use CM 12 when you want to open FIFA 12 files; use CM 13 when you want to edit the FIFA 13 db.
