with cm12 insert the face texture, save, then in
C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Sports\FIFA 12\Game\data\sceneassets\faces
look for face face_(id_player)_0_0_0_0_0_0_0_0_textures.rx3, and copy in fifa 13 folder
