I know my friend, but even when I choose my game folder using the button browse, it gives me error mesagges!!! This is what I mean...

I ran into the issue in FIFA 12 when I got near line 1700 of the compdata, not sure exactly what the limitation is for 13 but its somewhere around 1640.

Hi everybody. Maybe anyone know why I have crashed load of rus_ru.db after editing them in this tool. With eng_us.db I don't have this problem, but I need edit rus_ru.db...
For example, I have only opened tool with rus_ru.db, and without editing I have chosen FIle/Save and close it. But, after new loading I have crash...

Or if someone can help me with adding new strings into rus_ru.db with using DB Master 12, please send me PM.

1. Some Traits can't be saved!!!
2. Players that have generic boots by default, when I change to any other, in to the game, boots looks like this!!!
3. Coach of my team only looks like this!!!

Does anybody knows, or can imagine why is this happening???

Boots can be edited using DBM 12. And all boots can be reassigned back to their original IDs using DBM 12 along with Excel. Simply copy and paste the entire row of original boot IDs from the original file, into your new edited file.

Oh thank you, sir. Now do I need to have some kind of modification for DBM12 for fifa13 compatibility or does the standard one work?

Oh I found something else ( I'm not sure if it's a bug). If you fettle with the formation of a club in cm13 and save the db (like changing the starting XI), then the reserve players are shown in the fifa 13 skill game player list.

The skill game player is determined by who the highest rated FW in the starting 11 is. Has nothing to do with CM 13. I made me the highest rated player on my team and switched my position from RM to ST, and now I'm the skill game player the game selects.

BTW, if someone knows another way to select the skill game player, I'd appreciate knowing.

i have also a problem with shoes. i want to create a new shoe (shoe nr. 3 or nr. 2 for example) for my classic patch. i have a classic shoe picture (png) from fifa 10 and i created a new shoe in cm 12 (for fifa13). then i import the texture. it works in cm, but in the game the shoe appears black with big white stripes, but not similar to the importet texture. i tested it with another texture, the result was the same. everytime the same shoe appears, independent to the imported texture. what can i do ? try again ? save again ? regenerate agin ? please help...

@bangus: used db master for editing the two color codes, still messes up the shoes. And do as I just said, fettle with the formation (starting XI) and see what happens.

I've fixed the shoe reassignment bug in my game that way. And I've been editing formations for weeks with CM 13, with no issues at all. Hard to say what you're doing that it's not working for you.

There is a bug in CM 13 that reassigns shoes when you load the db in CM 13. If you want to assign specific shoes for specific players, I would suggest editing the players table using DBM 12. There may be another way I don't know, maybe ask on the Boots forum.

The shoe problem of assigning a new player to a specific boot . Its because of a small bug. When a generic boot is changed to a specif boot, the two colourcodes change perfectly, but 'shoedesigncode' doesnt change from 1 to 0 . that is the bug. You can change it to 0 using DB Master or FHL DB Editor. It works great then.

There's another shoe bug in CM 13. When you load up the db in CM 13, it resets all boots to white with dark stripes (shoe ID 15 or something). That's what I fixed by copying and pasting the original boot IDs into my edited db, using Excel.

Oh, I didn't know there was a shoedesigncode in the "players" section.
And @bangus: getting the players out and back in again worked, thanks maet.

i dont know you guys but this doesnt work for me
I import the kits on program and then regenerate buy anyway fifa doesnt show them
