Woooow ;) You're on fire! ;) All faces are great! Though Glushakov's hair shoud be lighter and as you use so powerful ingame photo you should use DARKER eyes texture.

Воооооу! Просто молодчик! Почти все супер, но Глушакову причу надо малясь светлее и раз уж взял такую мощную игровую фотку, то сделай и глаза темные внутри на текстуре - это уберет столь ненужный контраст между глазами и остальным лицом.
